Many applications and testing regimes require live data to be processed and analysed on a timely basis. In many aircraft there is limited room to carry a full analysis suite equipped with cutting edge equipment, trained technicians and mission analysis capability. Consequently, the most cost effective option is to limit the amount of airborne equipment and do the balance of the activities on the ground.
 

Our suppliers have significant experience in providing integrated solutions where collection, pre-processing and transmission of a live data stream to a ground station for analysis is common. This experience includes the selection of transmission and reception technologies to ensure the necessary bandwidth is present, signal strength and integrity meets performance criteria while maintaining a bi-directional data link.
 

The ground station hardware, processing modules and software we offer have been fine-tuned for seamless integration between the airborne and ground-based components - whether the data is being handled live or post-mission.
