The G.R.A.S. 1/2-inch Preamplifier Type 26CF is for connection to G.R.A.S. CCP1 input channels, e.g. see Type 12AL. It has a standard BNC output connector and is for use with prepolarised microphones. It is delivered without a cable.
It also has two flush-mounted switches for selecting various combinations of gain and filtering, i.e.:
Gain switch settings:
* 0dB - for normal microphone signals.
* +20dB - for boosting weak microphone signals.
Filter switch settings:
* A-Weighting - as required in standard measurements.
* Linear - to let the microphone signal pass unfiltered.
* High-pass - to cut off unwanted low frequencies
The Type 26CF can be used with the following ½" G.R.A.S. prepolarised microphones:
* Type 40AE
* Type 40AD
* Type 40AO
* Type 40AQ
And with the following 1/4" G.R.A.S. prepolarised microphones using the Adapter RA0019:
* Type 40BE
* Type 40BD
