NVH and Industrial Application
The HEIM DATaRec® 4 series is one of the first distributed measuring systems in the field of dynamic measuring technology for data recording in mobile as well as in stationary applications. This gives you great flexibility in how your structure your systems. You are able to quickly adjust channel counts and configurations to give you the optimum in efficient data acquisition for NVH and other Industrial Applications:
Low no. of Channels One-module system linked directly via USB to a PC |
Compact System Central measuring system with a maximum of 192 channels |
Distributed System With cable length of up to 100m and a maximum of 192 channels |
Multi-channel System Distributed system with more than 1,000 channels, acquisition nodes can be up to 500m apart |
A further advantage of the distributed architecture is that signal modules can be positioned as close as possible to the signal source to simplify cabling and avoid any disruptions or interference.
The DATaRec® 4 family provides you with a comprehensive range of modules to meet your needs:
DATaRec® 4 - LINK ModulesThe central unit for configuring a measurement system (in combination with DATaRec® 4 signal modules, power modules and storage units). It operates via standard interfaces such as SAS, 1 Gb Ethernet, USB 2.0 or IEEE1394b, the different link module variants support various operating modes such as front end, stand alone recording or UDP broadcasting.
Due to the high data processing speed of the link modules, the supported modes of operation can be used simultaneously and hence, can tap into unforeseen possibilities of use. Each variety of the link module supports at least 16 signal modules. Click here or on the images below for more information. |
LMF2FE data rate 600 Mbit/s, interfaces: Gbit Ethernet, USB 2.0, IEEE 1394b, up to 16 (384 channels) Signal modules, Front-end mode, UDP broadcast |
LMF2FE+REC data rate 600 Mbit/s, interfaces: Gbit Ethernet, USB 2.0, IEEE 1394b, up to 16 (384 channels) Signal modules, Front-end mode and standalone recording mode, UDP broadcast |
